Radiation Engineering is one of the major barriers to space exploration. Our careers at private space companies focused on solutions toward 'their' goals but didn't feel like a solution to move the industry forward. We want to help the proliferation of space for all, so we started The Rad Team and surrounded myself with like-minded individuals, all of which are experts in their field. Working together we all will get farther and do more.

Good People Doing Rad Things In Space

The Rad Team's crew is a collection of motivated experts from engineering to operations specialists. Our core is rooted in "new space" radiation assessment and mitigation techniques while being well versed and experienced in "traditional" methodologies and MIL-STD flows. We have developed innovative and industry-leading solutions and our team’s individuals have experience successfully qualifying commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) electronics for human-rated launch vehicles and space systems.

The Rad Team excels in addressing and managing space radiation challenges for both commercial and government entities and are well-versed in SLS specifications and DSNE documents, which they have adapted and tailored for various space programs. We have a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges associated with space missions having been at the forefront of the new-space movement and thrive at finding new solutions to ever-changing problems.

Our team brings a range of experience among industry leading companies and organizations.
